BalkanKult is jointly publishing a new cultural policy document "The Green Paper on the cultural policies of local and regional authorities in Europe" with Les Rencontres, a cultural network from Paris, France...
This document is meant to help the artists in their corelation with the authorities, both local and regional. It is planned that the publication would see the day light in October 2004 in Paris and Belgrade.
