Arts Reach National Arts Marketing and Development Conference Fall 2010

Hundreds of top arts marketing and development professionals will gather on October 21-24, 2010 at the Millennium Biltmore Hotel, Los Angeles for the Arts Reach National Arts Marketing and Development Conference Fall 2010. Empower Yourself and Your Team with the Most Successful, Cost-Effective Ways to Boost Audience & Donor Growth is the theme of the event.
In light of the economic downturn, this conference is designed to help organizations focus their precious resources in the most effective ways to maximize the achievement of their organizations mission. The faculty includes leaders from such prestigious organizations as the Center Theatre Group, the Autry National Center of the American West, the Pacific Chorale, and many others.
In addition to the Regular Conference on October 22-23, there will be a Pre-Conference Day on Thursday, October 21, titled Patron Technologys E-marketing, E-mersion E-vent. The Pre-Conference Day is geared toward delegates with a beginning to intermediate knowledge of e-marketing. Patron Technology is the leading provider of professional E-marketing solutions for arts, nonprofits, and creative businesses.

There also will be a Post-Conference Day on Sunday, October 24 titled The Art of Pricing: 21st Century Strategies for Maximizing Revenue, led by Rick Lester, Founder and CEO of the consulting firm TRG Arts.
Breakouts during the Regular Conference will follow three tracks, with at least one breakout at any given time as part of the Arts Marketing Track, the Arts Development Track and the Theater Track for the theater professionals in attendance. Delegates may follow a single track or "jump the track" as they please.
The intimate size of this conference provides maximum opportunities to rub elbows with industry experts and get individual questions answered. Delegates will be able to sign up for one-on-one consultations with several of the session presenters.
With support from several national and regional associations, this conference promises to be a watershed event. Arts Reach is working with national associations such as American Association of Museums, League of American Orchestras, Chorus America, Dance/USA, Opera America, Chamber Music America, The League of Historic American Theatres, and Theatre Communications Group, plus regional associations such as Western Arts Alliance to bring the members of these associations significant discounts to make it easy for them to attend.
The Early Bird deadline is October 8, 2010. In addition to saving on registration, when one person from an organization registers by October 8, another person from that organization can attend the Regular Conference and the Pre-Conference E-marketing Day for free.
Several corporate sponsors -- some long-term and some new this year -- are lending their financial support and expertise in numerous ways, all with the goal of advancing the field of arts management.
