The Visitor Studies Association is a non-profit professional organisation dedicated to visitor studies for museums, art galleries, visitor centres, aquariums, botanical gardens, science centres, heritage sites, parks, zoos, etc. VSA is committed to supporting research in the field of visitor studies and to facilitate an exchange of information about the visiting public. While founded in the US, VSA's membership is becoming more and more international.
