DescriptionThe new Culture, Policy and Management Pathways Programme is a unique new approach to management education in the arts and cultural sector. You can study for an MA in Culture, Policy and Management on a full-time or part-time basis, or take individual modules as short courses to fit in with your working life. It allows you to: - Develop critical skills and knowledge for working in the cultural sector | the new programme was developed in close consultation with key cultural institutions and professionals to deliver the skills and knowledge the sector demands - Create your own pathway plan | this programme allows you to negotiate a course of study with tutors to support your own specific career aspirations - Engage with opinion leaders in the fast-changing cultural sector | our tutors have many years of experience in the sector and retain close links with leading institutions - Study to suit your own needs | take the course full-time, part-time, or as individual modules

AdmissionStudents are expected to have an honours degree or equivalent, and to have work experience in arts administration or an allied field. Special consideration is given to applications from mature students without the required qualification who have moved into management after careers as performers or practitioners. It may be possible to accommodate a limited number of senior professionals wishing to transfer to the arts sector from other areas.
Cost2007/8 Full-time Home/EU students £4,400; Part-time Home/EU Students £2,200; International students Full-time £10,200. A small number of Departmental bursaries may be available
